Aiyana Jade

Aiyana is here finally :) AJ came into the world October 23rd at 10:45am. She is 6 pounds 5 ounces and 20.5 inches long. Her and her momma are both great! Andrea had what I would call a PERFECT delivery. Lucky girl! Uncle TJ & me scurried down there as soon as we heard she was here. Made it to Ft Smith in record time. :) we are all memorized by her! Ready to snuggle her, for more than 5 minutes. Ha. We are so blessed!

*Andrea's Baby Shower*

We are all SO excited that Andrea (TJ's sister) is having a sweet baby girl! Her name is Aiyana Jade and she will make her grand entrance on October 21st, well actually any day now! :) I am so thrilled to have a baby girl around, I'm looking forward to spoiling this kid rotten. After all, that IS my job!.. Right?

Andrea is SUPER low key, something I know NOTHING about ha. I would have thrown a big ole pink, frilly, girly, crazy shower. HOWEVER, it was requested that we have a nice family cook out. SOOO I happily thru out the pinkness, and became "low key". :) As low key as I could be that is. I'm just SO excited that I had to make everything sweet!

We all congregated to Jeanii's for the afternoon. Rick cooked some AMAZING fajitas, and the rest of the family cooked all of the fixins. We spent the afternoon visiting, eating, drinking and having a great time! It was really great to see all of that family. It had been too long since we had all gotten together. && OH WERE THERE CHANGES! Miss Aiyana just popped right on out of her mommas belly. :)

Mommy and Daddy are anxiously awaiting their princess' debut! Not to mention Auntie Brittney can NOT stop thinking about her! Soon enough, when she is good and ready.. we will finally get to meet the little bundle of joy. All we can as for is that she is healthy, happy, and wears plenty of HUGE bows!!! :)

Whitley Jane Emmerling

Introducing Miss Whitley Jane Emerrling.

This is my newest (and possibly last) cousin. She is the most precious thing I have ever seen. Whitley is one of FOUR girls. All of which are blondies while Miss Whitley, like her favorite cousin (ME), is a BRUNETTE. I was shocked when I saw all of her dark hair. She defines perfection. :)

We are SO stinking busy right now so we weren't able to go down and meet her right away, but I am crossing my fingers that I will get to see her in the next couple weeks. I'm not entirely sure how much I will get to love on her, from what I hear she is SO loved & spoiled, I may have to fight for her. Which is NOT a problem for me.
This sweet baby has had more outfit changes in her few days of life than I have had in the last month. She has been compared to a baby doll, ha just can't get enough dress up!

I could stare at these pictures all day. She is such a angel!

Lord have mercy, I could just go on and on about this little bundle of joy and I still haven't even met her! Does this make me crazy? HA. I sure hope not. :) I am just one proud cousin is all. I look at these pictures and just think how incredibly lucky I am to have such an amazing family, with such perfect & healthy little babies. It is SUCH a blessing. I hope to be making several more baby posts this summer. EVERYONE I know is pregnant right now, there are babies everywhere.. I'm in heaven! :)

Natural Basebal

Gracious me, I have been terrible at keeping up with my posts lately. I have got to remember to get on here more that once every other month. In my defense though this is SUCH a busy summer for me. I can't think of one free day I have until September, CRAZY. But thank God 99% of everything I am doing this summer is fun & exciting. I only have one or two particular things that I could do with out. ha. Anyways.....

TJ and I managed to make it to a Natural's baseball game with a couple of friends before the summer weather kicked in. OH boy I can tell already it is going to be one HOT summer. I will be soaking in as much AC as possible ha.

Like always, we went to Jose's for a pre-game meal. A) because it is the only place in Springdale that I am willing to eat, and B) their margaritas are TO DIE FOR! Ever since I turned 21 I make an effort to choose as many places as I can that margaritas are served at ha. I keep thinking that I am going to get burned out on them, so far this has yet to occur. :)


{Seriously, what can be better that margarita/ sangria? I'm not sure that it gets any better than this to be honest ;) ha}

{I can honestly say that I have only been to ONE Natural's game on time. And today was not that day. We showed up WELL into the game, but we still had a blast.}

{ I miss those days, cool breeze, in the mid 70s. ahhh I can NOT wait for fall :) }

{My favorite part of the Natural's game (other than the yummy ice cream) has to be their fireworks show! I am never disappointed that's for sure. they do such an amazing job every game.}

I am SO grateful for times like these. I think the most simple things in life can be the most fun. I hope to go to many more of these games with TJ and our great friends!

One RAINY Barbeque

I was so LUCKY to get to see my new and good friend Kiesha! :) We are SO excited that she will be out nieghbor very soon. Counting the days!

So this rain has worn me out! So it was really amazing to have a BBQ. It certainly was not your traditional, sit outside and enjoy the nice weather kind. This was more like, avoid floating away and eat a LOT of food kind. My good friend Fallon planned this get together about a week before, when it was beautiful weather out, and I started planning right away. I love planning get togethers! Even more I LOVE finding new recipes and making yummy food. Fallon is lucky enough to have a fiance who cooks almost every meal that is made at their house. So needless to say.. it was a HUGE deal that she put this together without much help at all. We were all so proud! She made some amazing dishes! I was pretty jealous. I helped out with a couple sides, a dessert, and one AMAZING drink. As a whole we had a wonderful night eating, drinking, and enjoying each others company!

Fallon made this Pasta Salad that was HEAVENLY. I have got to get the recipe from her! It has asparagus, yellow peppers, and sun dried tomatoes. Seriously.. delicious!

Oh ya, I made that! I got the idea from Cyndi, it started as a "Punch Bowl Cake" and I just made some changes in the fruits. Cake, pudding, Cool Whip, fruit. I used blueberries, crushed pineapple, and strawberries. It was a mess of goodness. Final product :)

Oh and here is the blueberry lemonade. Fallon made ice cubes with different fruits frozen in them. Added a cute and yummy touch.

This is the "grownup" blueberry lemonade I made. just used frozen lemonade, blueberry vodka, frozen blueberries, and sliced lemons. Naturally it must be drank out of a pink stemmed wine glass. :)

Fallon's corn and broccoli casserole, and green beans! Andy also made great burgers, they were about a foot thick. ha :)

Its not a BBQ with out Mac-N-Cheese! Oh this is my heaven. I used Cyndi's recipe, which is so amazing. We finished it ALL off that night :)

My boy knows how to eat! ha. Especially when is GREAT food.

Our sweet baby came with us. I feel so bad when we leave her alone on the weekends, so she went EVERYWHERE with us this weekend!

The ladies had to have girly, fruity drinks. Thank God (and my dad) for the Margarittaville Machine!

So, I found out Fallon roasts marshmallows in the GAS fire place. Am I the only person that finds that crazy & unhealthy?!

As a whole we had an amazing time. We all forgot about how nasty this weather and had a great time. I feel so lucky to have such amazing people in my life! Now if only we were lucky enough to have nicer weather.
