D5100 - LOVE

So my wonderful (and I mean WONDERFUL) boyfriend got me the greatest early Christmas gift. That gift issss.. Nikon D5100, and I am in love. I'm still getting the hang of it all, with the help of Cyndi there may be hope for me. Ha. I have wanted a nice camera for quite some time and was SO grateful when I found out TJ got it for me. I haven't done a whole lot or really gone anywhere out of the norm since I got the camera, so I have been practicing on anyone and anything that will let me take a picture. As you can see from the pictures bellow Ha. :) Slowly but surely I WILL become a good photographer with my camera, just may take some time warming up to it.
I am a Pinterest addict, and I saw the most adorable Christmas picture of a puppy with colorful lights! I was determined to get a good picture like it. Lily was SO calm and loved how warm the lights were. All she wanted to do was warm her nose up next to the bulbs. :)
This Hellion on the other hand was NOT cooperative! In this picture she is actually attempting to eat the lights. Don't get me wrong, Piper is a good dog for the most part.. but MAN does she have a lot of energy! Maybe I can sedate her and get a good passed out picture for Christmas HA.
This is Will, and I love him to pieces. Two days a week I babysit Will and his sister Whitley. They brighten up my week every morning I get to spend with them. This picture just so happened to be taken on his 1st birthday! I can't believe how time flys.
Miss Whitley was cracking me up this particular morning. Will woke her up early and she was a little out of whack all morning. Ha. Look at those eyes! She is so pretty, her daddy and brother are going to be scaring off a bunch of boys. :)
Love my sweet Lily! She has been a trooper with me taking 12398471 pictures this week. Ha!

Oh Lord its hard to be humble..

So today was a little bitter sweet for Northwest Arkansas Hog fans. It was our last Fayetteville home game BUT it was an amazing win for the Razorbacks! I always love when we play the two orange "T" teams (Texas & Tennessee). They always are fun games. The wind tonight was absolutely intolerable! I was so grateful to be able to sit inside with Bailey. TJ spent the game with the boys, out in the cold. I know they had fun, I am just glad they had their fun with out me. :)
So I found this new store, Versona, and it is my heaven! I bought this super cute, unique ring there to wear to the game today. LOVE that store :)
The fine gentleman that TJ spent the evening with. Don't they look SO excited. ha
My sister, AKA sugar addict! This girl could eat her weight in sugar if she was allowed. ha.
We were so glad to get to see Uncle Tim and our cousin Savannah. So good to get to see them at the games. I'm so jealous they went paint balling this morning in Charleston!
I live for moments like these. There are few things in the world that make me as happy as seeing that Arkansas A! :)
Bailey and I snuck around the stadium once all of those stinky Vols fans headed out. :)
LOVED getting to play with my new camera at the game.
LOVE my sister, it is crazy to think that this time next year she will be a student at the UofA. :( My baby is growing up *snif snif*.
To end the evening we sat in the box with my Daddy!
I'm SO sad that my favorite time of the year is wrapping up.. but there are still a few more AMAZING games left in our season. Hopefully a great bowl game to follow ;). Now it is time to get in the swing of the seasons. I can't believe Thanksgiving is just in a couple weeks, and Christmas is right around the corner. LOVE this time of the year! :)

Crystal Bridges

Tonight we were lucky enough to be able to go to the Crystal Bridges American Art Museum. It reminded me SO much of being one the museums in NYC. I LOVED IT! As we wales throughout it I kept thinking, "we can not be cool enough to have such an awesome place like this". Ha. It's so true, it seems too modern & sophisticated for little ole Bentonville, AR. I'm very grateful to have these amazing works of art SO close to home.
As we exited from the museum we saw this unique tree, it was SO beautiful with the moon in the background.
Isn't this just gorgeous!
My artistic little sister taking a closer look, what you don't see is her getting her butt chewed for coming within 3 feet of the piece of art. HA
BAM! POW! WAM!
Pinocchio :) isn't he cute!
I can NOT get over how amazingly beautiful this building was!
I feel like I was in love with the architecture even more than the art work.

Woot woot! LOVE our Cardinals!

My sweet Mommy & Daddy.
So sweet.
We had a blast tonight, especially at dinner afterwards. We went to Tusk & Trotter, American brasserie right off of the square in Bentonville. It is one of my favorites! Me and Bailey shared her seafood risotto and my fried chicken and carrot cake waffles. I'm not sure that it gets any better than that! I am still STUFFED! So to cure my food coma, I am off to bed. Good night! :)
